'We work on empowering women's role in political field'

Women are the basis of society and leadership in all fields, where after the revolution of women in North Syria, women began to play their role in all political, military, and social fields.

With the establishment of the Future Syria Party, the women began organizing themselves within the party and opened their own offices in all cities and areas, where the rate of women in the party reached to 50% in all areas of the Syrian north.

There are nine headquarters of the party in all northern Syria areas and each office has a special office for women, ANHA agency met with the head of the women office in Future Syria Party in al-Raqqa Suad Khelo, who indicated that the priorities of the party is to prepare a generation of women that believes in the work of women in the political field and the capabilities of women in all fields.

"We have been working since the establishment of the party, which is three months ago, we are introducing the party to women through meetings and symposium ," Suad said.

She said that they work to meet with political parties in order to develop women and enable their participation in political life.

Suad stressed that women in all institutions and unions should work to activate the role of women in the political field and in all aspects of life.

At the end of her speech, the Head of the Women's Office in the Future Syria Party, Suad Khelo, said that as a result of the practices of IS mercenaries against women in many parts of North Syria, women have become weak and deprived of their rights to learn, so the party will work in the opening of literacy schools.
