New violations of Turkish state against Ocalan

The first court in Bursa of Turkey, issued on September 6 a decree prohibiting the meeting of Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan, Hamîlî Yıldırım ,Konar and Aktaş with their lawyers for six months.

At the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Bursa, the first court in Bursa issued a new decree against the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan, Hamîlî Yıldırım ,Konar and Aktaş who are residing in Imrali prison. The decree of September 6 includes preventing the residents of Imrali Prison from meeting with their lawyers for six months.

On March 5, 2018, the court issued a further decree to ban meetings, communications via written communication and telephone. However, in the decision issued on September 6, no reference was made to what was prohibited in the decision of March 2, 2018.

The court argued that the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan sends instructions to the movement through his meetings, and that is why it issued this decision.

The lawyers objected to this decree, but the objection was rejected.
