Russia claimed to be aware of existing foreign experts in Idlib to organize fake chemical attacks

The spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, the Major General Igor Konashenkov claimed that a strike on Kafer Zita, south of Idlib during the next two days with poisoned thermal weapons is being planned for, adding, "There are groups in northern Idlib will participate in the chemical attack."

He continued, "After the chemical attack that is being prepared in Syria, some people will wear white helmets to depict videos that would be conveyed to Arab and English-speaking media outlets."

Konashenkov noted that a group of armed militias were trained by the British company of Olive Group, and they are planning to carry out dummy rescue operations for chemical weapons’ victims in Idlib.

Konashenkov explained that English-speaking specialists arrived at al-Habit village, south of De-escalation zone in Idlib to organize a chemical attack using chlorine-filled weapons on Kafer Zita that is only 6 kilometers away from al-Habit.

Russia had previously claimed that Washington was preparing for directing air strikes against the Syrian regime.

Observers believe that these Russian allegations aim at covering the agreements held with Turkey which are expected to result in lunching a fierce attack on Idlib by the Syrian regime and with the support of Russia and the militants of former armed groups who have reconciled with the regime.
