9+ mercenaries killed in YPG operations

The People Protection Units (YPG) have said in a statement that their forces carried out three qualitative operations in different places in Afrin, during which at least 9 mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army were killed.

The Media Center of the People Protection Units on Friday has posted a statement on its official website in connection with the operations carried out by their fighters in Afrin on July 29th and 2nd of August,

On 29 December, our fighters detonated an explosive device by remote control against vehicle belonging to mercenaries Ahrar al-Sham on the road between Fafarten and Burj Haidar villages belonging to Sherawa district, where the car was destroyed and mercenaries inside it were killed (the number is unknown).

On 30 December, our fighters detonated a bombed motorcycle at a gathering of mercenaries of the Turkish army in Basuta village belonging to Sherawa district, where a Turkish soldier and 4 mercenaries of Firqat al-Hamzah were killed, in addition to wounding 3 others, including a Turkish soldier.

On 2 August, our fighters ambushed a military vehicle belonging to mercenaries in Kimar village belonging to Sherawa district, in the result of the operation, one Turkish soldier and 3 mercenaries were killed, and 2 others were wounded.
