Ciwan Kobanê ... fought with spirit of avenge for martyrs

We are talking about the srtuggle Ciwan Mahmoud Xaşman whose nom de guerre is Ciwan Kobanê whom was born in Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood in Aleppo in 1996.

Ciwan grew up in his national family, which has known the Kurdistan Liberation Movement since 1987, consisting of 8 people (4 young men, 2 girls, father and mother). Ciwan is the youngest of his siblings . He studied primary school at Wajih Abdul Hamid School in Sheikh Maksoud  neighborhood to work in the sewing workshop that his father opened for his siblings to work in

With the outbreak of fighting in Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood, the beginning of the outbreak of the popular movement in Syria and the establishment of the centers and organization of the neighborhood, Ciwan joined the age of 15 to the headquarters of the Youth League Rojava in Aleppo and then played his role in the rotation on the check points of Sheikh Maksoud on the one hand and the he was organizing the bakerries to meet the needs of the neighborhood, and at that time was inclined to take up arms to protect his family but his age was young  so did not allow him to join the fighting forces at the time.

In 2014, Ciwan hoped to join the People Protection Units YPG to achieve what he wanted to reach, when he was 18 so he could join.

After joining, he received training and within 3 months took his place in the leadership of the factions and was impressed by the leaders and his fellow fighters abilities that were in his personality and was fully prepared to carry out the missions, no matter how difficult

The fighter Ciwan Kobanê  was an ardent fighter, and his fighting heroics manifested themselves with great morale and spirit in the battle of Sheikh Maqsoud during the battles he fought against Jabhit al-Nusra and IS mercenaries. He always insisted on going to the front of the village of Beno in the neighborhood. , Which was the front of violent clashes fronts despite joining the ranks of the fighting only a few months ago, but he was carrying out his military duties as required, and always repeat the words "must fortify our positions and steadfastness in them so strongly that the enemy can not overcome the land of Sheikh Maksoud, Because it was estimated the size of the danger that will be staring at the neighborhood and its people in the event of the entry of mercenaries to him."

When Trukish occupation army and its gangs launched attack against Afrin canton Ciwan insisted on going to the fronts of Afrin and take his position to defend it, and when his commanders refused to send him to Afrin replied to them, "I will go secretly without taking permission, I will not stay here."

Ciwan joined to Resistance of the Age in Afrin and steadfastly fought in the Barkasha fronts belonging to Bulbul and the most glorious tournaments in defense of the dust of Afrin until attack from aircraft  of the Turkish occupation against  their points and joined to convoy of martyrs Resistance of the Age on 12 February

The mother of the fighter Ciwan Kobani   Hadiya Sadqi said, "God gave me six children to educate them to love the homeland, being a national family and our house was always open to participate in activities that were held during the Baathist rule, and the fighter Ciwan accompanies me in all meetings and events.

She said "I was greeted with a smile and waved the sign of victory and I realized then that I would be proud with my son , who called for defending the soil of his homeland and stood up to the last point of blood against the occupation and the mercenaries,"

While Mahmoud Ibrahim Xaşman, the father of the fighter Ciwan Kobani said that their son Ciwan was since his childhood the most involved among his siblings in the Kurdish national occasions, and his mind was related to the love of the homeland and defend him, in addition to that did not disobey him

At the end of his speech, said that they are proud of the martyrdom of their family members (Ciwan Kobani and Zakia Kobani ) in the Resistence of the Age and they will continue on their path.

In commemoration of his memory, the comrades of the martyr Ciwan Kobani in Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood established a military base in which fighters receive training and military training.
