Labor, Social Affairs Committee works strive to secure employment opportunities in al-Tabqa

The Labor and Social Affairs Committee in the Democratic Civil Administration of al-Tabqa city is still continuing to seek opportunities to work with the aim of helping those in need and taking advantage of their potential and expertise in light of the security and economic development of the city and its countryside.

According to the statistics cited by the Co-chair of the Labor and Social Affairs Committee in al-Tabqa area Abdul Ghani al-Faraj, the number of registered in Work Directorate belonging to the committee is about 8,423 persons who registered their names since its opening almost a year ago.

The Committee has contributed to the operation of approximately 2,425 persons listed in the various institutions belonging to Democratic Civil Administration. Among those appointed are the directors of committees, bodies and employees of various institutions and service sectors.

The Co-chair of the Labor and Social Affairs Committee, Abdul Ghani Al-Faraj, mentioned the committee's serious attempt to operate all registrars in the Labor Directorate saying, "We seek in the Labor and Social Affairs Committee to employ all kinds of resources, whether through humanitarian organizations or government directorates.

It is worth mentioning that al-Tabqa area had contained thousands of displaced persons and those fleeing the bloody conflict in Syria during the last year after liberation. Hundreds of them became contributors to the development and rehabilitation movement after suffering a tragic reality that lasted for nearly eight years for the majority of the Syrian people.
