AL-Raqqa is safe , Organizations must do their duty

There were many organizations and associations in the city of Raqqa after liberating from grip of  Islamic State 's gansg  which had been licensed to work by al-Raqqa Civil Council but did not do their duty as required, according to Turky al-Dandal.

"To this day there are hidden mines in European countries from the remnants of World War II"

In response to the argument of these organizations, Turky al-Dandal said that the organizations argue that al-Raqqa city is full of mines and can not enter the city and provide assistance. How can al-Raqqa be full of mines and all the neighborhoods are inhabited and all populated areas are cleared of mines but there are hidden mines but it is not existing in the civilian places of residence and the visible mines have been completely removed and we notice this congestion in the center of the city and its outskirts.

He stressed that the organizations that seek to work and provide assistance to al-Raqqa people should not make arguments but must bear all the troubles they face. Al-Raqqa city is not the same as the world, and if these organizations wait until the area is completely cleared of mines, this is unreasonable. They are some of the European countries that witnessed the Second World War and despite the passage of decades after the end of the war is still stumble every period on the remnants of mines and war-era bombs.

Al-Raqqa city 's neighborhoods have not received any aid from Orgs.

Al-Dandal said that there are many neighborhoods in the city center that the organizations have not provided any kind of assistance  due to arguments that they are unsafe places, such as "al-Badou neighborhood, al-Nour, al-Firdous,al- Nahda, al-Shohada al-Tawassiya, Zat al-Sawari " and the service In the past, had provided by al-Raqqa  Civil Council it without the assistance or support of any organization.

Does al-Raqqa Civil Council distribute aid in the center of the city with military protection?

The administrator of the organization's office, Turky al-Dandal, said that all organizations are asking whether al-Raqqa  Civil Council provides aid without protection. We say to them: Yes, we are providing aid in the center of the city without any military protection and we are fully prepared to provide protection if necessary to the organizations if they wish to provide assistance in the city center and the reason for not providing the lack of protection

In conclusion, the administrator office of the organizations Turky al-Dandal appeal to all organizations and associations licensed in al-Raqqa to carry out their duties towards al-Raqqa  city 's people and its countryside.
