The methods of ruling regimes in tyranny and dictatorship and depriving all peoples of their rights to a decent and free life have brought them to a standstill that can not keep them from curbing the will of their people. Therefore, the revolution came  where was declared  spring of the peoples of the Middle East.

However, most of the peoples did have not possess that sufficient legacy of the organizational struggle except that they are aiming to eradicate tyranny and injustice from their shoulders, unlike the Kurdish people, who have an inheritance that spans decades of revolutions and social organization and the struggle against tyranny and domination. He deserved to play the leading role this spring and succeed in overcoming the most difficult stages and reaches the Kurdish people and unite with them to freedom and democracy.

Democratic Society Movements TEV-DEM which took over the leadership of the people in Rojava, did not follow the path taken by the parties, organizations and other movements in Syria and the neighborhood when the people revolt they had organized the people and put a strategy on all of the main obstacles away from the passion in the street. the perspective of the movement in the revolution was different from the others who see in the revolution the change of ruler in power and authority, but the movement in the revolution saw a change in the social system of life at the social, political, economic and cultural as a whole and find the appropriate alternative in proportion to his situation and circumstances and achieve an ambitious

After the revolution of 2004 in Qamishlo city , they had been formed popular committees for protection in accordance with the requirements of the stage to develop later to People Protection Units YPG, which had proved their worth in the region, thus making the latter itself a solid and integrated base to build a solid military institution integrated with North Syria 's peoples as the Syrian Democratic  Forces SDF today, according to the principle of legitimate defense of the people against any violation and aggression from abroad aimed at undermining their existence.

The revolution was not at the time when the Kurds were limited to the liberation of certain state institutions in Rojava only, but the main objective was to lift the tyranny and oppression and restore the rights of the people of oppressed  so the mass movement led by Democratic Society Movement TEV -DEM in holding extensive meetings and fateful with different components in Each village, town and city to form popular councils representing each component itself willingly and moving to start building their autonomous institutions at all levels.

The Justice Committees were formed to resolve social issues away from the monopolistic state institution. Women from all components in each neighborhood, village and town united to form their own councils and social and economic projects away from exploiting the institutions of the Authority. The intellectuals, teachers, artists, doctors, lawyers, athletes, youth, And other marginalized groups and segments of society in the region to form the primary and fundamental structures of their unions and unions away from the authority of the state in line with the requirements of the people eager for their rights and freedom of construction and expression.

Decalring  Autonomous Administration and cascade victories at the social and political level

The mechanism of functioning of the social system was made initially by working on  thew smaller cell in the organization of society, namely the commune and the committees emanating from them, towards the People's Councils and then the People's Assembly of Western Kurdistan as a parliament representing their political will, which was a correct step and successful in building confidence in the components together with their will to build their community system at all levels so that the fraternity of peoples and equality of rights is a fundamental principle in any step.

In accordance with this strategy, the revolution entered into a new stage and was announced for the first time in the history of Syria of the General Constituent Assembly of the Joint Interim Administration consisting of 82 members representing all the components and religions in North Syria and the emergence of a follow-up body to formulate and writing the various projects and documents necessary for the organization in a consensual manner, Later the decision was taken to form three cantons whose names are ( al-Jazeera , Kobani , Afrin ).

Due to these historic steps, the social and political victories of  Autonomous Administration have gained popularity in the area and the world. From the inside, the formation of the Body of Supreme Kurdish Council on July 24, 2012 was a success in achieving the political unity of the Kurdish people in side, as well as gradually building Autonomous Administration and declaring it formally and by a historic decision in the three cantons the beginning of 2014 was the savior of all peoples in Rojava, Followed through these steps diplomatic victories and the definition of rights and gains in North Syria to all the world.

In 2015, the Kurdish language and curriculum were introduced for the first time in the history of Rojava and Syria within schools and gradually in the three cantons , as well as the opening of dozens of institutes and academies of scientific and rehabilitation literature, Kurdish language and social sciences, in addition to opening centers of culture and art to revive the heritage and folklore of the peoples living in every town and town of Rojava .

Declarating of the Constituent Assembly of the democratic federalism and diplomatic victories ..

After the success of the military and social victories in North Syria in general and the solidarity of the peoples more around the principles of the July 19 revolution, it was necessary to put a comprehensive political solution to the Syrian crisis and save the people from the clutches of the war. The Autonomous Administration gathered opposition representatives from all components of Syria and from all governorates for the first time within the Syrian Democratic Conference on 8-9 December 2015 to announce of Syria Democratic Council SDC, which had a great regional and international resonance.

After extensive discussions among all the forces involved in Autonoums Administration of  Rojava and the liberated areas of North Syria , the draft declaration of the Constituent Assembly of the North Syria Federation on 17 March 2016, which was formed by the components of the region to crystallize their political paper in resolving the issues of their homeland and their people after five years of organization and struggle , Followed by the disclosure of the Federal Social Contract on July 1, 2016, consisting of 85 articles.

Democratic Autonomous Adminiatration opened its representatives in 8countries and federations so far:(( Russia, France, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium and the South Kurdistan region). The Socialist International, which includes 100 international parties .The federal system which was declared in North Syria an official statement
