Ad-Darbasiya people demonstrate to stop Turkish violations

The demonstration was organized by Ad-Darbasiya Council, where it was launched in front of the youth center in the district and reached the market center. The demonstrators raised  banners without "No to the Turkish occupation of Afrin", "We do not accept the Turkish occupation of any part of our territory" Fascist regime. "The demonstrators also chanted slogans Resistance of the Age, denouncing Turkish attacks aimed at destabilizing the region.

On arrival at the market center, the demonstrators stopped a minute of silence, after which many speeches were delivered, including the speech of the Co-chair of al-Hasakah District's Council Samar al-Abdullah, which denounced the Turkish occupation and attacks by Turkish state on safe areas in North Syria and Başûr Kurdistan and added saying. The Kurdistan Regional Government must take a clear position on these attacks aimed at destabilizing the security of the region and elimination gains of peoples which have been achieved thanks to the blood of the martyrs. "

Samar Al-Abdullah called on countries that call for democracy to stop these attacks and Turkish interventions.

Samar al-Abdullah ended her speech saying, "The Turkish state is now attacking Qandil, which has produced free heroes and pioneers in philosophy and democracy, but these attacks will not discourage the free will."

In his turn, the administrator in Democratic Union Party, Mohammad Nabi Kuti condemned world states are still remaining silent toward attacks launched by the Turkish occupation state on all areas that have taken the principle of the democratic nation as a method.

Kuti added, "Erdogan is trying to divert the attention of the world and the people of Turkey from the economic and political problems inside Turkey, so he has submitted the election date, which will try to impose his authority again on the country, so he prevents international observers from entering Turkey."

At the end of his speech, Kuti stressed the need to unite in confrontation of the Turkish threat.

The demonstration ended with slogans saluting Resistance of the Age.
