DAA's representatives agreed with Democratic Front on Syrian crises

The views of the Legislative and Executive Council’s members in al-Jazeera canton met the members of the delegation of the Opposition Syrian Democratic Front on the need to hold a national Syrian dialogue to resolve the Syrian crisis in the country, during a meeting held between the two parties.

The Opposition Syrian Democratic Front met on Wednesday the political movements and Kurdish parties in the north of Syria.

The delegation included the Secretary General of the Syrian Democratic Front Mahmoud Mari, the spokeswoman of the Syrian Democratic Front Mais Karidi, the member of the Syrian Democratic Front Abdel Aziz Dawoud, the head of the Syria Tomorrow Party and the member of the front Fawzi Taqi al-Din, head of the National Peace Party and the member of the front Hani al-Khouri.

They were received by the co-chairs of the Legislative Council in al-Jazeera canton Hakem Khelo and Nazira Korea, the deputy of the Executive Council’s co-chair Hussein Azzam, the member of the Legislative Council Abdul Karim Sekku, and the spokesman on behalf of the Foreign Relations Committee in the Legislative Council Kamiran Hussein.

The two sides exchanged the views on the ways to solve the Syrian crisis, and that the solution lies in holding dialogues among the Syrians in the Syrian capital Damascus.

The delegation pointed out that it is necessary for all foreign forces that interfered into the Syrian affairs to leave the Syrian territories, and that these countries are working to prolong the crisis, not end it.

The delegation of the Syrian Democratic Front considered that the project of DAA applied in the north of Syria is the best solution to the Syrian crisis, unlike the projects of the external opposition that formed the civil administrations with a strict Islamic character which led to failing those projects.

At the end of the meeting, the two sides reached a common view to resolve the Syrian crisis within the framework of the democratic opposition and hold a Syrian national conference.

For his part, the co-chair of the Legislative Council in al-Jazeera canton Hakem Khelo noted that the meeting was part of the national Syrian-Syrian dialogue. Hakem Khelo added, "In the light of the new developments witnessed in the Syrian arena, it was necessary to hold a Syrian national dialogue with all the Syrian parties and forces.
