Rehabilitation of Ain Issa roads

The people’s municipality in Ain Issa has repaired a number of potholes on the highways located at the entrances of Ain Issa district with a length of 2 km. This work comes as an emergency measure to alleviate the problems caused by these potholes for the vehicles.

The people’s municipality put the white al-Karabia material in the potholes in places that cause accidents and problems to drivers when crossing on the roads of the district.

This work comes as an emergency measure for these roads that have been damaged and need partial or total restoration and these roads extend to al-Raqqa city and its countryside, as well as to the northern and western parts of the district which were damaged after several years of neglect and sabotage by terrorist mercenaries and armed gangs.

The co-chair of the people’s municipality in Ain Issa Anwer Aweid said, "The Services Committee in the municipality has filled a number potholes with a length of 2-km until the budget of the roads that we have upgraded would be determined."
