Manbij's charged youth headed to Self Defense Duty centers, settle their situation

On April 24, Defense Committee of Democratic Civil Administration in Manbij city and its countryside, called upon the youth of the area who registered in Manbij and its countryside and residents of the city and its villages, to review the Self-Defense Duty center before 19 July 2018, No. 11, for those born from 1988 to 2000.

The settlement includes postponements (for certificate students, family dependent, disabled persons, entrants and volunteers).

Accordingly, the youth of Manbij turn to the center of the city's Self-Defense Duty to settle their situation.

Samer Hamoud, a volunteer in Self-Defense Duty, said that approximately 20 young men from Manbij and its countryside joined the duty after the communiqué was issued between a volunteer and an apprentice.

Hammoud called on Manbij youth and its villages to settle their situation and join the duty to protect the city.

In addition, the medical office in Self Defense Duty center to receive cases, as the member of the medical office Kheder Mohammed, that the medical office works to receive patients suffering from diseases and the receipt of their requests and submitted to the Military Medical Council, who determines the type of service, both either field, fixed or exempt from service.

The young man Ahmad Ramadan al-Hamdi went to the center and he suffers from a disability in his foot and applied to the medical office waiting for a medical report from the Military Medical Council, to consider his status and settle it.

It is noted that the period of Self-Defense Duty (nine months) in the event that the charged enters voluntarily, a period of one month is added to the basic period in the case of the delay of the charged and then will be taken by Military Discipline / ten months / in addition to the financial penalty.
