Letter from Autonomous Administration in Afrin toDe Mistura and Gutiers

greeting :

- The brutal practices against the people and violations by the Turkish army of international laws continue, causing the displacement of thousands of civilians to the areas adjacent to Afrin, resulting in the discharge of the area from its original inhabitants.

- The Turkish occupation and its gangs occupy the vacuum that has taken place in Afrin city to change its demography, where they brought mercenaries 's families  and settled them, as in the settlement of the terrorist militias in the villages of Akbes and Moska  at the request of the Turkish army.

- This step is dangerous by the Turkish occupation, which began to settle their terrorist militias in the vicinity of the city and give them a chance to get abandoned homes from which the owners fled for fear of bombing and death is inevitable.

- The process of demographic change in Afrin is taking place on the ground in a clear and clear way. 50 families were evacuated from the eastern Ghouta to Janders district west of Afrin. The Turkish occupation with the terrorist factions on 21/4-2018 emptied  Brava village in Shara district , , After several attempts to impede them, where the villagers were taken to Gaman village  and that the Turkish occupation army and its gangs to prevent dozens of families from entering the village.

The families of the new mercenaries were resettled in al-Mahmudiya and Vills 's neighborhoods in the center of the city. The families were also forcibly resettled. Since the invasion of Afrin on 18 January last year, the Turkish occupation army has settled hundreds of mercenary families in district Afrin which were expelled from the countryside of Damascus after an agreement between Turkey, Russia and the Syrian regime.

The replacement of the indigenous population with the families of mercenaries, recently witnessed the city of Afrin Syrian by the Turkish occupation in public and this is very dangerous.

 - The attack on the safe people in Afrin by the Turkish state and its mercenaries is a supernatural barbaric attack against all international laws and norms. The weapons that have been used, including aircraft, are practices that indicate in all senses that the Syrian people are still victims of the understandings and agreements that occur between States. The presence of the Turkish state today in Afrin poses a great danger to Syria, the region and the world. This creates consequences that will deepen the chaos, increase the intensity of the conflict and restore terrorism to consolidate its forces.

The worst practices that have reached their peak are the recruitment of families of mercenaries who participate in the Turkish fascist attacks, as well as families from Atama area and Azaz and Turkey (Kalis), as well as members of the Turkmen component in Iraq to Shia district 's villages  "Sheikh al-Hadid" and Jnaders  in the process of change A clear and public demographic was announced by the head of the Turkish fascist Erdogan since the beginning of the invasion of Afrin.

In addition to the politics of culture and demographic change, the Turkish state has changed the demographic characteristics of Afrin and changed the names of its constituencies, which means that there is an imposition of the policy of culture, which brings to mind the tragedies experienced by the peoples of the region from the same policy during the Ottoman rule.

The demographic change process is a dangerous precedent, and we can explain that Turkey is stabilizing the internationally classified terrorists in Syria. In contrast, the indigenous people are expelled likeAfrin people . This plan foreshadows dire consequences and leads to a quagmire similar to what is happening in Iraq. Syria is also.

- The practices of the Turkish army and its mercenaries loyal to them, is only a confirmation that "the goal of the Turkish invasion" from the beginning is the genocide of the Syrian people in general and the Kurds in particular in Afrin and wiping his presence on his land, and also stir up strife among the Syrian people, The agendas of Turkish fascism, the prolongation of the crisis facing Syria, and the making of deals at the expense of the lives and future of the people.

- We in Democratic Autonomous Administration  in Afrin appeal to you as an international envoy to Syria, and run the United Nations to work in accordance with what can include this dangerous scheme - the occupation and systemic change processes - we believe in your role in working to reduce such practices and exacerbate things in Afrin areas We also call for the return of Afrin to its stability and struggle against terrorism and to proceed with democratic building as guaranteed by all international conventions. We also demand the departure of the terrorists and the Turkish state from them with international guarantees and with the presence of a third force to restore security and stability. The decision to allow the people to return to their homes and villages and prevent the process of demographic change and the human replacement.
