The Turkish occupation army shot at a citizen and an elderly woman from Girê Sipî canton (Tel Abyad) when they were working in their farmland adjacent to the borders.

According to Hawar news agency’s reporter, the Turkish occupation army targeted Silok district’s residents in Girê Sipî canton in the Euphrates region with live bullets who were working in their agricultural lands adjacent to the border.

The target resulted in wounding the citizen Khalouf Mohammed al-Issa from al-Assal village in Silok vicinity in his left hand, and Dandy Rasho Muslim, an elderly woman from the same village who was injured in her right foot.

As a result, the villagers took the wounded to Girê Sipî Hospital for receiving the medical treatment, and according to medical staff, the situation of the two citizens is stable.
