Legislative Council discusses judicial insurances fees’ draft law

The Legislative Council in al-Jazeera region discussed the draft law on the fees of judicial insurances, and it was submitted to the joint magistracy to be ratified to become effective then.

The Legislative Council in al-Jazeera region held its regular meeting at its headquarters in Amuda district, during which it discussed the draft law of fees for judicial insurance.

The meeting was held in the presence of the co-chairs of the Legislative Council Hekem Khelo and Nazira Korea, the members of the Social Justice Council, and the majority of the members of the Legislative Council and the divan.

The meeting began with holding a minute of silence, and then, the discussion on the draft law which included 30 articles and 5 chapters was opened.

After ending the items' discussion and the variation of the necessary change, the members and the attendees expressed their views and suggestions. Then, they voted for them by the majority, and submitted the draft law of judicial insurances’ fees to the joint magistracy of al-Jazeera canton for being ratified which will become effective after ratification.
