Martyr's father: He is honor, dignity’s martyr, I am proud of his martyrdom

QAMIŞLO

The Martyrs' Families Council in Qamişlo canton organized an absentia ceremony for the martyr Diyar al-Sharmukh at the Martyr Dalil Sarokhan's Shrine in Qamişlo city. The martyr's father said during the ceremony, "My son is a martyr of honor and dignity and I am proud of his martyrdom."

Hundreds of people from Qamişlo city flocked towards the shrine of the martyr Dalil Sarokhan in al-Anteriya neighborhood holding pictures of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan amid the slogans that salute and glorify the martyrs.

The ceremony began by holding a minute of silence, and a military parade was performed by the fighters of the People and Women's Protection Units (YPG and YPJ). Then, the administrator in the Martyrs' Families Council in Qamişlo city Abdel Aziz Osman offered condolences to all the revolution's martyrs, and also recalled the martyr Aziz Arab, the first Arab martyr and his comrades Haqi Qarar and Mazloom Dogan.

The ceremony ended amid the trills of the mothers and the slogans that salute the martyrs.
