10-ampere circuit breakers installed urgently in al-Jarniah due to Turkey's practices

The electricity department in al-Jarniah town has completed the installation of the 10-amp circuit breakers, which was an emergency measure taken by the department to regulate the consumption of electricity current after a decrease in the level of Euphrates River caused by Turkish state reservoir of Euphrates River.

After the repair of a number of turbines in Euphrates dam in al-Tabqa city and supply al-Tabqa and its countryside with electricity, Turkey has deliberated to reserve Euphrates River in areas under its control, which led to a decline in the level of Euphrates River, in which the dam was been built on, and which feeds al-Tabqa and its countryside and a number of other areas with electricity.

The practices of Turkish state have forced the electricity department in al-Jarniah town northwest of al-Tabqa area to install the 10-amp circuit breakers to ration electricity consumption.

Energy Directorate in Civil Democratic Administration of al-Tabqa had made an emergency decision to reduce the supply of electricity to al-Tabqa and its countryside from 24 to 12 to 14 daily.
