Launching march in Darbasiyah to support Resistance of Age, denounce isolation of Ocelan

Hundreds of Darbasiyah district's people have gone on a march holding pictures of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocelan and pictures of Resistance of the Age's martyrs, flags of People and Women Protection Units (YPG , YPJ )as well as banners saying "In the spirit of "Resistance of the Age", we break the Imrali prison. Afrin, our covenant is to destroy the regime of Imrali and live freely with leader Ocelan "in the demonstration organized in the city.

The march was launched from the center of the youth of Rojava west of the city, towards the main street in the district, chanting slogans that "denounce the Turkish occupation of Afrin," "No life without leader Ocalan, our spirit and blood, we sacrifice for you, Ocelan, Afrin is not alone."

The march stopped in the main street in the center of the district and then the demonstrators stopped a minute of silence on the martyrs' lives. Then the member of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) Mohammad Tal Karma, said: "Today in North Syria and the Middle East we face many fierce attacks by countries hostile to Democratic nation project especially the Turkish state, but with our thought and the philosophy of our leader Ocalan, we will face these attacks and break them."

Mohammed pointed "Turkey has used all its sophisticated and deadly weapons against the people of Afrin and carried out the massacres against them and then occupied Afrin city and is now changing the demographic region by displacing its original people and residing families of mercenaries which attacked Afrin."

The demonstration ended with slogans repeating "Resistance of the Age" and calling for the freedom of Ocelan.
