Record of Resistance of the Age’s martyrs in Afrin revealed

The Media Center of Syrian Democratic Forces revealed a record of 10 fighters that martyred during their participation in Resistance of the Age in Afrin at different times, during a statement.

The Media Center of Syrian Democratic Forces issued a statement to the public opinion in which it revealed a record of 10 fighters martyred during their participation in Resistance of the age.

The text of the statement:

"The resistance of our forces did not stop against Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries in Afrin, who displaced their people and looted their property.

Ten of our fighters rose to the rank of martyrdom during the battles with Turkish invasion army and its mercenaries at different times and places of Afrin canton.

Our fighters showed heroic resistance in the most difficult circumstances, in front of the Turkish war machine in which various types of weapons were used, the guerrilla spirit demonstrated by the fighters made us prove to the world once again that we would not stand by the occupation and that Resistance of the Age had not ended, we believe that the blood of our fighters who resisted and fought the fierce onslaught of Turkish invasion army and became a symbol of sacrifice and courage, which would be the beacon of the way to defeat Turkish occupation.

In the spirit of martyr Kurdistan who which showed her sacrifice and faith in free thought through resistance until the last moment of her life with her individual weapon in front of the machine of occupation army, Kurdistan, who had mark in all places where she had been raising the morale of comrades and did not hesitate to do so, and provided all that she inspired from thought of women freedom to access freedom and victory and belief that Afrin is for its children and people side by side.

And the spirit and resistance of Martyr Hamza who participated in many liberation battles, the most recent of which was Resistance of the Age in Afrin, in which he showed his sacrifice and resistance spirit, he fought and did not give in to Turkish invasion army and did not hesitate to offer his soul in defense of Afrin and its people.

On behalf of SDF and in the spirit of martyrs, Kurdistan and Hamza, we commemorate the 10 fighters who martyred all the living heroes in Resistance of the Age and renew the covenant by continuing resistance until victory is gained and occupation is defeated. "
