AL-SHAHBA - The people of Afrin canton confirmed that they accept to live under a small tent without sustenance and property and do not accept the existence of Turkish occupation on their land, demanding the International Community to intervene and put an end to Turkish aggression.

The brutal attacks of Turkish occupation army led to the displacement of hundreds of thousands of civilians in Afrin canton towards the villages of the Sherawa district and al-Shahba canton in order to preserve the lives of their children and their families from the massacres committed by Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries against the civilians in Afrin.

On this displacement, Hawar news agency held interviews with a number of Afrin residents in al-Shahba canton.

"I was going to a- Shahba canton to save our lives, and today we are here, to preserve our lives" Shikho Hamo said from Deika village in Rajo area. He was one of the last families to leave the village, but because of continuous bombardment by Turkish planes and shells and its mercenaries to our village we had to flee. "

"We accept to live without a living under a small tent. We do not accept Turkish occupation on our soil. We call on the international community and Human Rights Organizations to put an end to Turkish aggression on our areas and to help these displaced people," Hamo continued.

"The Turkish air raids forced us to leave our homes and leave our property behind us after being destroyed. Turkish aggression made us see the ugliest sights we never expected to see, from killing, destruction and displacement of our areas," said Hadayat Ibash, a resident of Brinja village of Shera district "He said.

"We barely traveled a long distance by walking between farmland until we managed to get out of our village. As Afrin residents, we are so tired that we have made our area a paradise in the land, so we do not accept the existence of Turkish occupation on our pure land," Zalikha Mousa said. "
