Zozan Gulik: Women can't be left unprotected in face of genocide
Zozan Gulik emphasized that Kurdish women's struggle for freedom cannot be left unprotected, noting that women today face real threats of genocide: "No one can stand in the way of women's struggle for freedom under these risks."

Zozan Gulik's remarks came during the 12th PKK Congress, which took place between May 5 and 7 in two different arenas in the Medea Defense Zone, and on May 12, the PKK shared its results and decisions with the public, as reported by the Furat News Agency (ANF).
Zozan Gulik said: "We are very fortunate as a women's movement and Kurdish women. Leader Abdullah Ocalan has made an effort not only for the Kurdish cause but for a 5,000-year-old cause, and leader Abdullah Ocalan presents this definition in the person of a woman: "She founded life, played the role of leadership for society, created bread, but today she is without bread. Today, through politics, war and patriarchal power, women have been separated from all areas of life.
She added: "leader Abdullah Ocalan has shown a presence in the person of Kurdish women, he has shown a message and a flag, we as the Kurdish people, Kurdish women, consider the ideology of the leader as our identity and freedom, we are clear as a women's movement, we are clear as the Women's Protection Force, our freedom is possible by achieving the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan, protecting the leader's approach is protecting the approach of women's liberation, we all know that the struggle for women's freedom is the guarantee of the victory of leader Abdullah Ocalan's approach, the guarantee of a democratic society, the protection of Kurdish people and society, and our protection", Zozan Gulik concluded.
Zozan Gulik concluded by saying: "leader Abdullah Ocalan has developed women's consciousness, organization and freedom, and as a woman, if a person establishes women's consciousness in their personality, they will embrace the struggle more than anyone else, and as theWomen Protection Forces, I can say that leader Abdullah Ocalan is the center of our struggle, for us, there is no doubt We draw our strength from leader Abdullah Ocalan, women are now facing the threat of genocide, and no one can stand in the way of women's freedom struggle; because the consciousness of women's freedom has been created anew, women know very well that freedom cannot be realized without protection."
