Weather is mild, autumnal with chance of thunderstorms along coast

Temperatures tend to rise, but remain 1-3 degrees Celsius below average, while they will remain around average in coastal areas and areas of North-East Syria. The weather is generally mild and autumnal.

The Syrian Meteorological Directorate expected on Friday temperatures to rise compared to previous days, while remaining 1-3 degrees Celsius lower than average in most areas; however, they will remain around average in coastal areas and northern and eastern Syria.

The Directorate indicated that the weather will be moderate autumnal, fluctuating between clear and partly cloudy in general, with the possibility of thunderstorms continuing in coastal areas.

The Meteorological Directorate also noted that the eastern regions, northern and eastern Syria, and the Badia will experience hazy, dusty conditions, which may affect horizontal visibility during the day.

During the evening and night, the weather will be generally pleasant, but tend to be cold in the late night hours and early morning, urging caution, especially when moving early in the morning.
