Unidentified gunmen targeted a military checkpoint belonging to Damascus government forces in the eastern countryside of Daraa, killing 3 of the latter.
Three members of the Damascus government forces were killed in an attack carried out by gunmen, targeting a military checkpoint between the towns of Busra al-Harir and Nahta in the eastern countryside of Daraa, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Thus, the total number of attacks in Daraa since the beginning of January, according to the Observatory’s documentation, has reached 74 incidents of security chaos, all of which took place in different ways and methods, and caused the death of 88 people, most of them citizens and members of the Damascus government forces.
