Two shells fell on agricultural land between the villages of Koya and Ma'ariyah in the Yarmouk Basin area of the western Daraa countryside. There were no reports of casualties.

Local sources suggested that the source of the shells was Israeli forces stationed in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights.

This incident is part of a series of incursions into the border area, directly impacting the lives and daily movements of civilians.

On February 19, Israeli forces shelled the Yarmouk Valley area in the western Daraa countryside with heavy artillery. There were no reports of casualties at the time.

It's worth noting that Israeli forces have ceased shelling southern Syria with artillery and missiles for about three months. However, Israel has continued to carry out airstrikes on military installations and vital facilities in Syria, continuing its military campaign that has targeted numerous military sites, warehouses, and facilities.
