ANHA correspondent reported that a bomb exploded in the al-Wurood neighborhood in Homs, thrown by two unknown gunmen, wounding two children who were playing on Al-Mukhtar Abu Ahmed Street inside the neighborhood.

The explosion resulted in the child, Ward Othman, 4 years old, being injured by shrapnel in the abdominal area, which required him to undergo a general surgery to extract it. Another girl from the neighborhood was also injured by shrapnel in the neck, which also required immediate medical intervention.

The Alawite-majority areas are witnessing a state of security chaos and anarchy, in light of the transitional government in Syria's disregard and the collusion of its forces with the armed groups that commit crimes and violations against this Syrian component.
