Turkish state forcibly deports 22 Syrian refugees

The Turkish occupation state forcibly deported 22 Syrian refugees from Turkish territory to Turkish-controlled areas in Syria, through the Bab al-Salama crossing in Azaz.

" On Tuesday, the authorities of the Turkish occupation state forcibly deported 22 Syrian refugees, in a new batch of refugees despite getting Turkish identity Card (Kimlik) " sources told ANHA agency.

The sources confirmed that the mercenaries of the Levant Front, which controls the crossing, imposed a fee of 500 Turkish pounds( Lira) on each of them.

Human Rights Watch revealed, in a report published last March 28, that Turkey is forcing Syrians to sign a “voluntary return form” and enter the areas of northern Syria occupied since 2017, the number of those forcibly deported in 2023 reached 57,519 Syrian.
