A local source from occupied Afrin reported that Turkish occupation mercenaries, " The Military Police" kidnapped six citizens from the city of Jindires in occupied Afrin. The abductees are Nabhan Youssef and Ebo Youssef from the village of Khaltan, Haj Saleh from the village of Marouniyeh, and Mohamed Hassan Khorshid and Sufyan Rashid Habib from the village of Koura, along with Mustafa Shukri.

The source added that the mercenaries transferred the abductees to the Ma’ratah prison in the center of occupied Afrin and demanded $2,000 from their families for their release.

According to the Afrin Human Rights Organization, about a week ago, the mercenaries also kidnapped 37-year-old Mohammed Hanan from his uncle's house in the Ashrafieh neighborhood of occupied Afrin, near the Saleh Al-Ali School, and took him to an unknown destination.

Additionally, around a month ago, they kidnapped 38-year-old Dilo Mohammed Dawood, from the village of Jala in Rajo, from a house near Bilal Mosque in the Ashrafieh neighborhood.

The mercenaries also abducted 40-year-old Walid Mustafa Shaban and Khalil Sheikh Sidi from the village of Baadina in the Mobata district of occupied Afrin.

The Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries continue to commit atrocities against the local population, which amount to war crimes, imposing heavy pressure on the people through taxes, kidnappings, ransom demands, attacks on private property, and other actions, aiming to displace those who remain and further the demographic change.
