"On September 17, our SDF’s Military Operations Teams TOL conducted a successful security operation in Raqqa. The operation targeted an ISIS cell consisting of two terrorists, Muhammed al-Rukhus and Ahmad al-Rukhus, originally from al-Terwaziya village. Our TOL forces raided where the two terrorists were hiding in the Raqqa city and successfully captured them.
The terrorist cell dismantled was responsible for facilitating the work of ISIS cells, transporting military equipment and weapons, in addition to carrying out terrorist acts targeting military personnel, civilian employees, and even civic facilities in the region.
