The Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries continue to commit crimes against the people of occupied Afrin, as the occupation mercenaries cut down more than 40 olive trees in the village of Qortaqlaq Saghir in the town of Sharan during the night hours, using hand saws for the purpose of woodcutting.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the mercenaries of the "Northern Brigade" affiliated with the Turkish occupation state, imposed a royalty on a family in the village of Hopka, estimated at $ 1,300, to restore their home, in addition to 50 olive trees, and in the village of Kolia, the mercenaries of the Hamzat of the Turkish occupation imposed a royalty of $ 200 on families who own real estate agencies or land belonging to displaced Kurds, amid threats of kidnapping if they do not pay, as part of the continued extortion of the residents of the city of Rajo.

In the city of Shih, the Turkish occupation mercenaries imposed $ 500 on a citizen, as part of the continuous extortion operations that affect the residents of the region.
The village of Deir Mishmesha in Shirawa, which is controlled by Ammashat mercenaries, witnessed armed robberies, kidnappings, and the imposition of royalties ranging from $1,200 to $1,500 on residents returning to their village.
The occupation mercenaries also attacked the mukhtar of the village because of his defense of the people, and they cut down 6,000 trees between olives, fruits and forest trees during the current month
