Turkish occupation launches 121 attacks on Afrin and Shahba Canton

The Turkish occupation state launched 121 attacks on 44 villages, towns and districts in Afrin and Shahba canton during last March. A young man lost his life and two others were injured, and the Afrin Liberation Forces shot down a suicide drone.

The Media Center of the Afrin Liberation Forces revealed the outcome of the attacks of the Turkish occupation army on Afrin and Shahba canton during last March.

According to the toll, between March 1 and March 31, 2024, the Turkish occupation army launched 121 attacks on 44 villages, towns and districts in Afrin and Shahba canton.

The Turkish occupation army used artillery shells, mortars, tanks, and suicide drones in the attacks, causing material losses.

In the details of the outcome, the young man, Ali Abd al-Rahman Muhammad, lost his life in the village of Bayloniya in Afrin and Shahba canton on March 17, and another citizen was injured during attacks on the village of Alqamiyah in the Shara district of the occupied Afrin countryside.
