The Turkish occupation mercenaries,  the “Hamzat” and “Amashat” groups, took control of about 1,000 olive trees owned by the Bilal Oso family in the village of Ali Jaru, in Bulbula town, Afrin countryside.

Local sources reported that the mercenaries painted the tree branches red as a sign of confiscation and to claim the harvest for themselves. This occurred despite the recent return of Bilal Oso’s elderly wife to the village to care for the orchards.
