A decision was issued against Leader Abdullah Ocalan, Omar Khairy Kunar, Hamili Yildirim and Wesi Aktaş, who are detained in Imrali Prison, and about whom no information has been received for 38 months, banning meetings with them for a period of three months.

The Execution Court in Bursa responded to the request submitted by the lawyers and families to hold a meeting, and the court stated that the presidency of the Disciplinary Committee issued, on March 28, a “disciplinary penalty” against Abdullah Ocalan, and it was learned that the decision taken on April 12 of last year was confirmed.

The lawyers announced that the operation took place without their knowledge, and that on April 26, they submitted a request to have the decision delivered to them, along with the file and evidence, but their submitted request was rejected, and the lawyers’ objection to the “disciplinary punishment” decision was also rejected.

It is noteworthy that no information has been received about Leader Abdullah Ocalan in any form since March 25, 2021.
