Tirbespiye residents rally in support of SDF

Hundreds of people from Tirbespiye took part in a march in support of the Syrian Democratic Forces, carrying banners that read, "We are all SDF... SDF protect our dignity," as well as flags of the SDF and the Women's Protection Units (YPJ).

The march started in front of the Kongra Star Center east of the city, passing through the central market, with participants chanting against the Turkish occupation attacks and saluting the fighters' resistance in Qereqozaqê Bridge and Tishrin Dam.

The march stopped in front of the city council, where participants observed a minute of silence. Afterward, Ghalia Ahmed, an administrator at the Kongra Star in Tirbespiye, spoke. She highlighted that the People's Protection Units and the Women's Protection Units had taken on the responsibility of protecting and uniting Syrian lands since the start of the revolution, standing against mercenary and occupation attacks. She said, "Today, those demanding the SDF to surrender their weapons are the same ones who tried to destroy Syria, led by the Turkish occupation."

Ghalia Ahmed emphasized that the components of Tirbespiye marched today to support their military forces and provide everything necessary to protect the gains of the revolution and honor the martyrs.

She saluted the fighters at Tishrin Dam and Qereqozaqê Bridge, stating that they are ready to join the resistance and take up arms to defend their land.

The march concluded with chants celebrating the resistance: "Long live the resistance of the Syrian Democratic Forces" and "Long live the resistance at Tishrin Dam and Qereqozaqê Bridge."
