The party accused the General Security Directorate of the Transitional Government of coordinating with an operations room linked to Hamas and the Islamic Jihad movement in carrying out attacks targeting safe villages, with participation from foreign groups described as "takfiri," who had previously fought as ISIS mercenaries before joining forces affiliated with the Transitional Government.

The statement emphasized that the incidents were not “local clashes” but rather systematic war crimes committed on sectarian grounds, including home invasions and the execution of children, women, and the elderly in cold blood.
