The Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan issued a statement to the public today, reiterating its demand for the leader's freedom.

The statement was read by Riyad Al-Wali, member of the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan in Tabqa, in front of the Democratic Autonomous Administration building in the district. The event was attended by representatives of the Democratic Autonomous Administration, affiliated committees and councils, the Future Syria Party, and members of the Syrian Initiative in Tabqa.

The statement condemned the isolation imposed on the Leader Abdullah Ocalan, noting, "The Turkish state, with these arbitrary practices, disregards all legal rights, treaties, and international resolutions it has signed and incorporated into its constitutions and laws."

In its statement, the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader declared, "Our clear and unequivocal position is to reject and condemn the arbitrary practices committed by the Turkish state against Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the absolute isolation imposed on him."

It highlighted, "Today, the leader embodies the will of peoples aspiring for freedom and liberation from authoritarian regimes. He is the creator of the solution philosophy for the Middle East crisis through the Democratic Nation thesis."

The statement held "the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) and organizations that claim to champion human rights fully responsible for the health of Leader Abdullah Ocalan," and regarded their silence as "a continuation of the conspiracy against the people of the region. The leader's freedom is the freedom of the peoples, and the freedom of the peoples is peace, security, and stability."

The statement concluded with the chant "No life without the leader."
