ANHA correspondent in Tartous reported that the young man Hazem Zghbour and a woman were found dead inside a house in the Al-Raml Al-Awsat neighborhood of the city. The circumstances of the crime are still under investigation.

In Jableh, part of the Latakia governorate, a person stole a motorcycle and fled. The owner of “Alushi” falafel shop, Dawood Ali Dawood, pursued him by car for three kilometers toward Deir Shraashir to stop him. However, the thief opened fire on him, killing him instantly.

These crimes highlight the ongoing chaos, security breakdown, and widespread availability of weapons in areas under the control of the Syrian Interim Government.
