Seven people killed in separate incidents in Syria

Several areas in Syria witnessed separate security and field incidents yesterday, resulting in the death of seven people, including a child, in incidents that ranged from shootings and a landmine explosion to a death inside a detention center.

ANHA agency documented the deaths of seven people in various circumstances across several Syrian cities on Sunday.

In the western Hama countryside, a resident of the town of Khattab was killed by direct gunfire from unknown assailants within the town.

In the southern Idlib countryside, a child was killed by a landmine explosion in the Jabal al-Arba'in area.

In Homs, a young man from the village of Barouha, in the Talkalakh district, died in a detention center run by the Syrian Interim Government. No further details regarding the circumstances of his death were available.

The Hama countryside also witnessed two separate assassinations. In the village of Shahib, unknown gunmen on a motorcycle shot and killed two young men, one of whom was a minor.

In a similar incident in the village of Tal Sakin, two other young men were killed by gunfire from unknown assailants on a motorcycle.
