Security Forces arrest Two ISIS terrorists  in northern Deir ez-Zor

The Media Center of the Internal Security Forces issued a statement today, announcing the arrests following careful monitoring and tracking of the cell's movements by the Special Forces (H.A.T) and the General Security Directorate in northern Deir ez-Zor.

The statement added that "the security forces raided the suspects’ location and successfully detained them without any injuries."

It also revealed that during the operation, "quantities of weapons and ammunition, communication devices, and documents proving the suspects’ involvement in activities targeting the security and stability of the region were seized."

The security forces confirmed that "investigations with the detainees are ongoing, ahead of referring them to the judiciary to receive fair punishment according to the law."

The Internal Security Forces continue their campaigns, in coordination with the International Coalition, to monitor and dismantle dormant ISIS cells in northern and eastern Syria and to prevent any attempts to destabilize security or spread chaos.
