SDF commander receives Raqqa delegation, grants Pardon for Eid

The Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) received a delegation from the city of Raqqa today, Wednesday, during which the two sides exchanged Eid al-Fitr greetings. During the meeting, General Mazloum Abdi announced a special pardon covering certain security-related cases.
