The demonstrators (both women and men) gathered in front of the so-called "Military Police" building on the Rajo road in the occupied city of Afrin, demanding the release of detainees and opposing the Turkish occupation's policies towards Syrians.

On September 19, Turkish occupation mercenaries fired live bullets and tear gas at the protesters who were demonstrating against the Turkish occupation's policies and its rapprochement with the Damascus government in the occupied city of Afrin.

18 protesters were arrested at the Kafr Jannah checkpoint in the Afrin countryside.
