Today, cities and rural areas across NE Syria region experienced a festive atmosphere following the conclusion of the "Conference on Kurdish Unity and Stance in Rojava Kurdistan," which was held in the city of Qamishlo with the participation of over 400 political and social figures from different parts of Kurdistan and Syria.

Citizens gathered in public squares and streets, carrying Kurdish flags and portraits of leader Abdullah Ocalan, expressing their support for the outcomes of the conference, which culminated in strengthening Kurdish unity and calling for the guarantee of constitutional rights for Kurds within a unified Syria.

During the popular gatherings, slogans were raised emphasizing the importance of Kurdish solidarity in facing political and security challenges and calling for continued dialogue among various Kurdish parties.

In the city of Derik, cultural events were organized, including folkloric performances and national songs, amid a large public turnout.

These celebrations express the public's optimism about achieving genuine Kurdish unity that would contribute to building a democratic and pluralistic Syria. They also serve as an indication of broad popular support for political initiatives aimed at unifying the Kurdish ranks.
