People: We will resist genocide, torture regime in Imrali

 Thousands of residents of the cities and towns of the eastern part of Jazera Canton participated in a mass demonstration organized in the city of Çil Agha, to demand the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan.

The citizen Faisal Hassan from the city said: "Today, our people went out against the genocide and torture regime, we will continue to demand the freedom of our leader who struggles and resists all kinds of injustice and torture in Imrali prison for our freedom and dignity."

He continued: "We take the leader's directives as a basis for our struggle. They must know very well that we see in the leader's directives and ideas for a free and dignified life."

  Idris Ahmed, the resident of Girkê Legê, said: "We denounce the unjust practices against our leader."

 Ahmed continued his speech by saying: ". We must struggle for him and for his physical freedom; because he represents our will.

The  citizen Rawaa Jloud from the city of Tal Kocher agrees with Idris Ahmed in his statements, and adds: " Our struggle is nothing compared to the sacrifices of the leader for us, so we must struggle for leader physical freedom." Rawaa Jloud concluded her speech by saying: "We call human organizations to assume their responsibilities regarding the practices of torture and genocide in Imrali and hold the Turkish authorities accountable for their crimes against us and our leader."
