People of Al-Hol, Manbij stress rejecting occupation, enhancing coexistence

The citizen Jassim Al-Muhammad, from Al-Hol city confirmed that the attacks launched by the Turkish occupation on the North and East of Syria region aim to occupy Syrian lands and suppress freedom among the peoples.

He explained that the colonial plans that the Turkish occupation seeks to implement harm the unity of the peoples in the region, noting that coexistence between the various Kurdish, Arab, Assyrian and Syriac components is what will undermine the occupation's attempts.

He said: "The unity of components is the strong shield to protect the democratic nation project that seeks brotherhood among all."

For her part, the citizen Jamila Al-Ahmad stressed that the Turkish occupation, which targets Syrian lands, also seeks to destroy the infrastructure and the local economy to force citizens to emigrate.

Despite the occupation's use of special warfare methods and targeting civilian facilities, Jamila Al-Ahmad stressed that the peoples of the region are united and will not allow these attacks to break their resolve.

As for citizen Khadija Al-Daham, she stressed that the attacks of the Turkish occupation seek to divide the peoples of the region, and said that these attacks will fail.

She added: "The resistance shown by the peoples of the region in the face of the Turkish occupation has foiled all its plans to strike coexistence among the peoples of the region.

In Manbij Canton, the unity of all components in the face of the Turkish occupation is clearly evident, as Sheikho Muhammad, from the Kurdish component, confirmed that the people of Manbij from all components stand in one line against the occupation.

Muhammad added: "Manbij is not just a city, but it is a symbol of resistance, as we are united by historical ties that make us all defend our land by all means."

He pointed out that this unity between the Kurdish, Arab, Turkmen and Circassian components is a shield that protects the region from any threats.

Siham Hamidi from the Arab component also confirmed that the people of Manbij, in all their categories, continue to resist any occupier, explaining that the "common spirit" is what makes them stand against the occupation with all courage.

She stressed that everyone stands with their military forces in defending their land and homeland.

On the other hand, Jumaa Haidar from the Turkmen component stressed the necessity of defending Syrian territory, saying: "No matter how harsh the circumstances are, it is the duty of every person living on this land to defend it and this coexistence that we live in." While Samer Habak, from the Circassian component, added that the standing of all Manbij components with its military forces and their solidarity together in facing challenges is an example to be followed in the region, pointing out that the people of Manbij have shown the world that they are one hand in confronting the occupation.

Habak stressed that "the will of this people will not be defeated," and that Manbij, with all its components, will confront any attempts to displace its people or destroy its cultural identity.
