Southern Syria witnessed Israeli ground movements in recent hours, including the incursion of six military vehicles into al-Hafayer area towards Ufania, north of Quneitra countryside.

Simultaneously, four other Israeli vehicles entered the area and established a checkpoint between the villages of al-Samdaniyah al-Sharqiyah and Khan Arnabah, as part of a series of repeated Israeli operations in the region in recent months.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported, on Saturday, an Israeli patrol entering the village of al-Musheirifah reaching the village of al-Ajraf, where they set up a checkpoint to search civilians and check their identification cards, without any arrests being recorded.

No official comment has yet been issued by the Syrian Interim Government regarding these developments on the country's southwestern border.
