Mercenaries of Interim Govt. kidnap hundreds from Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh

Mercenaries of the Syrian Interim Government have abducted hundreds of residents from the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo, separating women from men. According to available information, the women were placed in mosques, while the men were taken to an unknown location.

Informed sources in Aleppo told ANHA agency that, since the early morning hours, mercenaries of the Syrian Interim Government, backed by the Turkish occupation state, have been kidnapping hundreds of residents from Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh, placing women in mosques and taking the men to unknown locations.

The sources confirmed that the mercenaries abducted dozens of young men at the al-Awarid checkpoint. Among those identified are: Mustafa Ayoub Hussein, Adel Mustafa Hussein, Ziad Mustafa Hussein, Shingyar Mustafa Hussein, Rezan Hussein Hassan, Naima Shukri Naasan, Aslan Mohammed Abdullah al-Hadi, Adham Mohammed Abdullah al-Hadi, Jamil Mustafa, and Mohammed Ahmed Hamo.

The systematic campaign of arrests is still ongoing.
