Today, the lawyers from the Al-Asr Human Rights Office, Suzan Akiba, Ibrahim Bilmez, Imran Emekçi, and Cengiz Yurekli, submitted a new request to the Republican Prosecutor's Office in the Turkish city of Bursa and the Imrali Prison Directorate to meet with their clients: leader Abdullah Ocalan, Omar Khairi Kunar, Hamili Yildirim, and Veysi Aktaş, who have been subjected to a system of torture and extermination imposed by Turkey for more than three years.

The lawyers submit two requests each week to the Prosecutor's Office in Bursa and the Imrali Prison Directorate to meet with them, but they have not received any response to their requests.

The system of torture and extermination in Imrali continues, and leader Abdullah Ocalan remains deprived of his rights even as a detainee.
