The text of the statement stated:

“According to public opinion information, an attack occurred yesterday during a concert in Moscow, the capital of Russia, and dozens of people lost their lives and were injured in the attack. This incident, in which dozens of people lost their lives and were injured, made us feel very sad. At first, we offer our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives and our condolences to their families, we also wish a speedy recovery to the wounded. We share the pain of the people of Russia and express our condolences to all the people of Russia. We strongly condemn this brutal attack carried out by ISIS. This attack has once again demonstrated ISIS’s hostility and brutality towards peoples and humanity.

The Turkish state is the one that fuels and directs ISIS

The Turkish state and the ruling authority of the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party are the ones that feed and direct ISIS, as the Turkish state and the ruling authority of the Justice and Development Party and the National Movement Party use ISIS against everyone, threaten everyone with ISIS and want to obtain concessions through that, and use it against the Kurdish liberation movement, The Kurdish people, Syria, Iraq, Europe, and everyone, and in this way they are trying to impose their colonial and tyrannical policies, and the Turkish state is behaving with the neo-Ottoman mentality and using ISIS to implement these policies. This reality must be seen now and everyone must take a position on it.
