Joint delegation visits Alouk station to restart it

As part of efforts to restart the Alouk water station and improve basic services in the region, a joint delegation comprising representatives from the Autonomous Administration's Energy Body, the Syrian Interim Government, and the Red Cross visited the station today, according to sources speaking to ANHA agency.

This visit comes within the framework of efforts to improve basic services in the region, particularly securing drinking water for areas that rely primarily on the station.

In a parallel step aimed at supporting the stability of the electricity supply and enhancing the station's operational efficiency, the Autonomous Administration's Energy Body dispatched a mobile power station from the Rmeilan area to the city of Derbasiya. This will contribute to providing the necessary electricity and ensuring the continued pumping of water.

These measures are expected to alleviate the suffering of residents, especially those in the city of Hasaka, and improve the level of vital services in the region, given the ongoing challenges facing the water and electricity sectors.
