Israeli incursion and arrest of young man in Quneitra countryside

Israeli forces arrested a young man from the town of Jaba al-Khashab in the northern Quneitra countryside and took him to a military post located in the town's wooded area. This followed an incursion by a military force after midnight last night, during which homes in the area were raided and searched, according to sources who spoke to ANHA agency.

An Israeli force consisting of three tanks also entered the area of ​​Tell al-Dara'iyat in the southern Quneitra countryside today. They were stationed briefly around the hill before withdrawing towards the Golan Heights.

Israeli military movements continue intermittently in the Quneitra countryside, amidst overflights and heightened security in some border areas.

Yesterday, Saturday, an Israeli force consisting of five military vehicles entered the village of Saida Golan in the southern Quneitra countryside. They established a temporary checkpoint at the village entrance, searching passersby and checking their identification, before later withdrawing from the area.
