Iranian authorities arrest woman from E. Kurdistan
Iranian state authorities forces arrested a woman from the city of Bukan in Eastern Kurdistan.

The Kurdistan Human Rights Network reported that a Kurdish woman was arrested by Iranian state forces in the village of Yankija in the city of Bukan in Eastern Kurdistan.
The network reported that the attack occurred on the night of Thursday, May 30, when forces raided the home of a citizen and arrested the citizen (Hataw Akrami) in a “violent and humiliating mannerl".
The Iranian state continues to arrest Kurdish activists, intellectuals, political figures, youth, and women in Eastern Kurdistan, as the number of arrested people by the Iranian state reached about 100 during the past two months.
